Privacy Policy

What this website collects
Daily visit totals, and nothing that identifies you. The pages are static: there is no account, no login, no form, no comment box and no newsletter sign-up. We set no cookies, and there is no Google Analytics, no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no session recording.
On the studio pages and the Wingmate, Saffra, StoryVault AI, Nightshelf and Hexhunter pages, a short script of ours sends one message when a page opens and one when you tap an App Store button. It carries only the page's path, the domain of the site that sent you (not the full address), a campaign label if the link you followed had one (its src, utm_source or utm_campaign), and, for a tap, which app's button it was and where it sits on the page. Our counter, which runs on Cloudflare, adds your country (looked up from the connection) and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, then adds 1 to that day's total. It never stores your IP address, your browser's user-agent string or any identifier for you or your device, and it keeps the counts as daily totals, so they cannot tell one visitor from another. Cloudflare keeps a 30-day recovery copy of the counter's storage, which records when a total last changed; we use it only to recover from failures. We keep the totals for up to 25 months and use them only to learn which pages are read, where readers come from and which App Store buttons they use, relying on our legitimate interest in running this site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Every other page, including the games you can play here, carries no counter.
Not being counted: the script does nothing if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also switch it off for this site by opening any counted page with ?count=off at the end of its address, such as hypersage.ai/?count=off. That saves one 'do not count' flag in your browser's storage for hypersage.ai, which is the only thing the counted pages ever store on your device; ?count=on removes it.
If you email us, we obviously have your email and whatever you wrote in it. We keep that correspondence only for as long as it takes to deal with it.
Who does see something when you visit
Three companies handle requests when you visit, and each necessarily sees your IP address while doing so:

- Cloudflare runs our visit counter on the counted pages and answers requests to www.hypersage.ai by redirecting them here. Our counter uses your browser details only to tell phone from tablet from computer and to leave automated visitors such as search-engine crawlers uncounted, never reads your IP address, and stores neither. - Google Fonts serves the typefaces on the Gemburrow, Hexhunter, Mythwright, Nightshelf, Quietoak, Saffra, StoryVault AI and Wingmate pages, so opening one sends your IP address and browser details to Google. Google privacy policy
The typefaces on the studio pages are served from this site itself — loading them sends no request to Google or any other font host.
None of them gets anything else from us about you.
Links out
This site links to app stores and to other websites. Once you follow a link off this site, the destination's privacy policy applies rather than this one.

Your rights
This website keeps only daily totals that cannot be traced back to any visitor, so there is nothing about you here to access, correct or delete. You can object to being counted at any time with the switch above. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, or you have a question about a specific product's data, write to support@hypersage.ai and we'll handle it.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
Children
This website is not directed at children and keeps nothing that identifies anyone. The Waddleton and Hoardling pages, and the games you can play here, carry no counter. Individual products state their own age requirements — several of our apps are 18+, and our game Waddleton is made for a general audience.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
