Each product has its own privacy policy. This page is about the HyperSage AI Labs studio site you are reading right now. What an individual app does with your data is covered by that app's own policy, linked from its own site.

What this website collects

Nothing. The studio pages — this one, the home page, terms and support — are static. There is no account, no login, no form, no comment box, and no newsletter sign-up on them, we set no cookies, and we run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, and no session recording.

One product page is different: /saffra/ carries an early-access email form. What that form collects, and how long it is kept, is covered by the Saffra privacy policy linked from that page.

If you email us, we obviously have your email and whatever you wrote in it. We keep that correspondence only for as long as it takes to deal with it.

Who does see something when you visit

One third party is involved in simply serving the studio pages, and it necessarily sees your IP address:

The typefaces on the studio pages are served from this site itself — loading them sends no request to Google or any other font host. (Individual product pages on this domain may still load fonts from Google; each product's own policy covers its pages.)

On the Saffra page there is a second: Google Firebase, which loads its own scripts and stores the early-access form's submissions. It is on that page only, and the Firebase SDK uses your browser's local storage while it runs.

Neither is something we ask for data from, and neither gets anything from us about you.

Links out

This site links to our products' own websites, and those sites may link on to an app store. Once you follow a link, that destination's privacy policy applies rather than this one.

Your rights

Because this website holds nothing about you, there is nothing here to access, correct, or delete. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, or you have a question about a specific product's data, write to support@hypersage.ai and we'll handle it.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.

Children

This website is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone. Individual products state their own age requirements — several of our apps are 18+, and our game Waddleton is made for a general audience.

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
