Privacy Policy
Mythwright ("the app", "we", "us") is a collectible card game for iOS. We believe games should be fun without harvesting your life. This policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
Information we collect
Mythwright is designed to be played with as little personal data as possible.
- Account — you sign in with Apple or Google to play. We receive the opaque user identifier from the provider and, where the provider passes it to us, your email address; your account is identified by that email and a user ID.
- Gameplay data — your collection, decks, progress, and match results are stored to run the game. Matches are played against our servers, and your collection and progress are stored there under your account so they follow you to another device.
- AI Card Forge prompts — text you enter to generate a card is sent to our AI provider to produce the card, and is not used to identify you.
- Diagnostics — anonymized crash and performance data to help us fix bugs. This contains no card content or personal identifiers.
We do not collect your name, contacts, precise location, or browsing history.
How we use information
- To run matches, save your collection, and sync progress across your devices.
- To generate cards you request through the AI Card Forge.
- To diagnose crashes and improve balance and performance.
Third-party services
We use Apple services for the App Store and Sign in with Apple, and Google for Sign in with Google if you choose it. AI card generation is processed by a third-party model provider. These providers process data only to deliver their function and under their own terms.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share personal information with advertisers.
Children's privacy
Mythwright is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
Mythwright needs an internet connection to play — matches, the campaign, practice games, and the Card Forge all run against our servers. You can reset your local collection from within the app, delete your account and the data stored under it from within the app, or request deletion of any server-synced data by contacting us.
